Director, Coke Sales-National Accounts

 


POSITION SUMMARY:

    Responsible for sales forecasting, sales planning, account call assignments, major sales initiatives and major key account sales calls for the top five bottlers within the assigned system that will achieve the budgeted annual volume.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for all sales forecasting for specific assigned call points within the five (5) major bottler accounts within his/her assigned system.
  • Responsible for achieving the assigned annual sales unit and revenue budget for the five (5) major bottler accounts within his/her assigned system.
  • Responsible for managing the planning and execution of all sales call planning within the five major bottlers of the assigned system.
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of a positive, business partnership relationship with the top five bottlers in the assigned system that will lead to secure, profitable, long term business.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of all company Sales and Marketing strategies for an assigned area, all designed to build strategic short and long term customer relationships.
  • Responsible for the execution of the annual sales and marketing business plan, including the development and execution of the annual sales operating budget in the manager’s assigned area.
  • Responsible for all sales presentations to all bottlers within the major five (5) bottlers that are capable of communicating an overall view of Company products, creative services, and new technology advancement.
  • Responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of creative service leadership, project and business management and problem solving capabilities. This includes the expedient internal solution of customer concerns in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of existing business and the development of new and sustaining business.
  • Responsible for all sales planning of all call points within the top five (5) bottlers.
  • Responsible for developing, coordinating and facilitating all customer proposal activity.
  • Responsible for implementing and managing all Company Operating Procedures and Policies throughout the manager’s assigned area.
  • Responsible for actual training process, especially in the areas of sales management, strategic selling planning, selling skills and technical training.
  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the customer master file, which is used for billing and communications.
  • Responsible for the management and achievement of Key Business Indicators with which to measure progress and productivity of the assigned Account Management Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

  • A Minimum of 10 years experience within the Soft Drink Beverage Industry or a supplier related industry.

Skills Required:

  • A Minimum of 10 years experience within the Soft Drink Beverage Industry or a supplier related industry. A Bachelor Degree is required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment which requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
  • Organizational skills.

  • Administration skills.
  • Willing to travel.
